Eh...not me. De book I'm about to introduce. -_-. Yesterday manage to get hold of Joanne Lim and went out for some one on one karaoke session. =) Well, right before karaoke, she accompanied me for dinner. And yea, Jo! I know I'm boring but you don't have to hold out a book and read it in front of me -_-. Plus the name of the book is 'HELP! I'm Living With A Man Boy'.
Are you trying to say something indirectly or wat!? Lol. But I thought the cover was interesting.
Buy it here!
So now we know guys, what girls actually think of us sometimes when we get excited over gadgets, cars, girls and other things that seems mediocre to them. hmm...she claims it is an interesting read about relationships and stuff. I bet the whole book is about major ranting over how man sucks and how great girls are. Enuff said....I summarized the whole book into one sentence. Kekekeke.
Oh well, I think personally it is just great that books like this exist to re-affirm one's state of mind and having the thought that someone else is having bigger problems than you. But come on la babes, guys sucks so bad meh? You don't have to plaster everywhere that we suck. They are everywhere, in songs...movies...bumper stickers and T-shirts. Lol*
Imagine you go out with a girl carrying this book and wearing this shirt with a cap saying "You suck!". That is a major sign man to stay far far away from her 'most probably its pms*' *kekeke
After karaoke, she heads back home and I went to RedBar to get some REALBOYMAN! time. After a few drinks, Eugene starts asking me in a serious tone.
Eugene: "Just one question, how come you know so many girls?"
Me: "Actually I know more guys den girls just that you all take notice of the girls. Maybe I just treat them as friends"
Eugene: "But I treat them more than friends"
Me: "Maybe that is the problem"
In my mind, that book cover starts popping in my head and I thought to myself. MAYBE I JUST SUCK REAL BAD. That is why I get the attention. Ngekngek*

Phone credits are killing me
by Pinksterz
it is 4.23am in egypt. and i am awake! thanks to my faithful-egyptian-anonymous-miss-callers (note the S there) who simply love to miss call me during this whee hours disturbing my sleep. and nice dream.
it's funny how my new phone number travels so fast throughout egypt in less than five months. am getting weird calls in the middle of the night. and i am calling all of it weird because i couldn't understand what the caller was saying because he was talking in arabic. who is normal to make miss call at two am people?
psh! don't you people have anything better than to call me disturbing my sweet dreams?
thinking about getting a new number but it will cost me too much. with loads of necessary and unnecessary procedures. seriously, hotlink should think about starting their line here. sure they will gain untung like crazy one. here, they still use the old system in malaysia one.
remember those times when we had to buy those sim packs. how much it costed you that time? about 50 bucks wasn't it? and now how much it is? the last time i knew in malaysia is RM6. or is it less now? i don't know. and i still remember the period i named as 'sms fever'. every company(actually the real fight was between hotlink and digi. celcom was out of the league) was fighting for the lowest price until the cheapest price for an sms is 1 cent. and then a new plan was started by hotlink also. the monday mania or something like that (sorry for wrong use of term because i didn't use maxis when i was in malaysia actually. was using digi) where you can sms for thousand and get charge for only 1 buck!
and you want to know how is the system here in egypt?
first of all there are two choices for you to choose from. vodafone and mobilenil. i chose vodafone for some obvious reason it is easier to connect worldwidely and that of course means, me calling malaysia. and yes there are topup cards here. egypt is not that ketinggalan zaman.
but....
if you buy a 25 pounds recharge card, you know how much you gonna pay for it? 30 pounds! and you know how much credit you get? only 22.50 pounds. and some more they deduct 7 pounds from your account every month for some stupid sewa thing. so the net amount left for you to call or message is 15.50 egypt pounds.
and the last time i called my mum just to wish her happy anniversary, i remembered i talked for less than a minute. and i got deducted a jolly 8 pounds for that!
honestly, vodafone is a fucking money making company that sucks away people money! bah!
so hotlink here am i begging you, please, please, please, please, pretty please, to start you line here? at least for the malaysian students. won't ya?
i might as well wish for a nasi lemak stall by the road sold by a malaysian mak cik as much as i am wishing for hotlink here.
note: sorry peeps for my first post here is a rant. bwahahahaha! oh, by the way, didn't you realise that i am pinksterz ? haha.

Metropolitan Blog-It Competition
Sean brought me a brochure today. Apparently Metropolitan is having some blogging competition. But he seems to forgot the fact that I'm not in FORM 4-FORM 6!! Anyways... if there is any of you that falls under that category, here is a copy of the brochure or check www.blog-it.com.my for more information.
Gambatte!!

DeBSta Finally Blogs
I know I've been procrastinating, but I've been super busy for the past 2 weeks...VICTOR TAN, HERE IS FINALLY MY FIRST ENTRY IN VICKYVACKO :D
After my last trip 6 months back, I travelled to Bangkok yet again to worship the retail gods:
1) The mammoth Siam Paragon 2) the bargain haven MBK (definitely have the Sg. Wang feel) 3) the weekend Chatuchak Market and 4) my most favourite Suan Lum Night Bazaar. All of which I call them my "shopping haven" (to most girls la of course)
Then, I remembered going to Vertigo last year and all I could uttered was "Wow" the whole night but of course, nothing beats Sirocco aka The Dome, Distil Bar (64th floor) & Breeze (51st-52nd floor). Just a little facts, Sirocco is the world’s highest al fresco restaurant with a breathtaking view of Bangkok. The place simply took my breath away....
Breeze @ State Tower
Sirocco @ State Tower
But bear in mind, there are many conditions that prohibit people from entering the restaurant:
- NO wearing sandals or short-sleeved t-shirts
- NO bare midriffs allowed and NO backpacks or rucksacks allowed ("for security reasons")
- NO children under five ("for safety reasons")
- and oh yea, try not to bring out your camera until you reach the bar (coz they will definitely stop you from taking upstairs)
Ok, so enough of my 'tour report'..here are some of my pictures for your viewing pleasure
Clubbing @ Route 66
The band in the toilet
With Dan, sister's boyfriend
Victoria Monumen
Pat Pong Street
With siblings @ MBK
and Siam Paragon
With my sis, Gerry
My fellow drunkard mother :)

First Seven Days of CNY
The first week of Chinese New Year is now gone *boohoo* but what a blast it have been. My head is spinning from Velvet last night, can't believe I drank 7 days straight. Highlights of the week would be
1. Washing the prayer's table on New Years eve
Yeap, this have always been my task every year on CNY. It is suppose to good luck to be able to bath the Gods statue (yay..more luck for me!) and hmm...they are all sparklin' now.
2. Eating with family and relatives
It is just sad that I didn't get much photos for this CNY. Coz don't have a camera. Just receive good news tho, the Panasonic Lumix is on its way from S'pore. WoooT! Thanks to Uncle Wai for gettin it and sending it down to me so promptly. Pictures here will be 1000X better than it is now. *Gals will look sexier too...promise =P
3. Open house at Alvin's on Tuesday
Thank you bro for inviting me to your party man. I had a great time despite losing 200 dollars to you in 5 minutes. Grr.... damn good fortune eh you. *Lol* However, the drinkin with Kenny and playing rugby with the two boys and drunken Seth have been totally entertainin. Not forgettin this awesome fireworks at 12 midnight =)
4. CNY mambo on Wednesday
What can I say, the dancing queen Cindy Chan's sista and gang joined us at mambo. That night was crazy, got drunk in an hour and vomitted the next hour. Gila night!!
5. My open house on Thursday
Everything was set for my open house,...drinks check! food check! ambiance check! chicks check! (lol), money check!
What else!? Gamble gamble gamble from 7pm til 11am in the MORNING! Played every single possible game there is. Thanks everyone for coming!! Look how serious my friends can be when they are gamblin. Chillex la. Heehe
Apparently dis is Wei Kwang's first Mah Jong game (the guy). He seems to be enjoying the *cough* Mah Jong alot. kekeke. Two girls became his mahjong sifu. *lol* Carmen must be winning coz she seems to be smiling more. =) Didn't know you love Shandy so much hehehe.
Also played drinking game with Wei Ling and her cousins. It was hilarious. We had to ....a) Dance, touch one of our private parts, brag about ourselfs before we take a card and b) say 'Ah', smile, blink after we drink. I guess you guys don't know what I'm talking about. Oh wellz...it is my favorite drinking game. Maybe I'll teach yer guys one day so you can turn to a drunkard 2. EKeeeekeke
6. Went to LOFT, Sheraton to meet Joanne Lim
Yeap, she is back. The sexy big eyed girl from Perth is back for CNY. I usually hate going to LOFT because their house music sucks but I manage to get drunk enough to change the music to Mambo. Woot! That 10 seconds straight was a killer. Gosh. And now that you remind me, who was that hawt chick I danced with...*damn* didn't take her number.
7. Went to Karaoke and continued at SNL, Velvet.
Uhhhuuh. I hope you are not drunk by now hearing my drinking endeavours this past week. *Lol* Yeap...Char wanted to go for Sing K session and I accompanied her. Gambatte to you Char...you no longer sing sad sad songs in Karaoke. I was preparing t cry a pail of tears but to my surprise you're singing happy songs now =). Keep it up. I also met air stewardress Sweetmea (Elaine) at Velvet. So surprised when I got her message stating that she is back and heading there =). Hope you had a great time coz I am already drunk when you got here. ehehhe. Definitely, the highlight of the night was Alvin and I standed on the table and started dancing like two drunken morons. *Lol*
Hope you guys had as much fun as me =) Happy CNY and may the money and alcohol keep flowing. Oh yah! didn't get to Lou Sang yet!!

Funny Beer Ad
Tat Deng recommended me to watch this video at freakin 7 in the mornin. LOL. Damn it, just when I was about to get tired, this hilarious video had me laughing like a hyenna. Hope my neighbours are not waken by me.
I can so relate to this video especially the last one. It is the same feelin I got when I ramble through all my empty cigarrete boxes to find a stick of ciggie in the middle of the night. kekeke. It sucks when you run out of ciggies and am too lazy to drive.
To every little good things in life =)

How was your valentine?
Since everyone is at it, I felt so left out this valentine that I thought what da heck.. I do the dinner thingy anyways. However, as lucky as I can be having two girls to accompany me for dinner, ... tragedy just knows how to fly my way (That is the whole reason why I started bloggin anyways). One of them ended up being locked in their own apartment as Mel hav left without leavin a spare key. -_-
So how do you unlock the heart of your valentine? Easy....call the locksmith *lol* No key?? No need key, just break the damn thing (I meant the lock k). =)
So western romantic dinner was cancelled and I ended up bringin them to the Chinese restaurant. (*cough* Save Money!! *lol*)
At velvet
Felicia joined us for Mambo =) Can't imagine I haven't seen her for like 8 freakin years.
At the end of the night, I was jumpin around the sofa area like a monkey tryin to steal as many hearts for Dor dor here.
Manage to steal 2 hearts that are not broken =P *pun intended* and two balloons for her.She was so sweet to make suushi for me this valentines. Thank you so much. *Hugs* Sorry no pic coz I ate them *burp*
Look at Bu bu holding the hearts *one of it is mine right?* kekek
Ended the night with my regular supper 'Siu Yok Min' at petaling street. As far as I'm concern, this is the best place for supper after a night of partyin. =) The whole time while I was eating, Tat Deng was talking about 'WC'. I'm so drunk wondering what the hell is that. Hehehe. Apparently he is an avid reader of my blog and WC stands for Whisky Club. Ohhhhh!!! Whisky Club, I thought you meant World Cup. *DenG!* Funny things happens when two drunk person starts trying to converse.
The Next Day's Highlights
Guess what peeps, I've started a seperate blog for my story writin'. So check it out at vtrippin.blogspot.com Luv ya all, peace out.
